Free workshop for women

Do you ever feel like the whole world wants a part of YOU and there isn’t any free time to do things YOU enjoy.

The NSW Department of Primary Industries is running a free two-day face-to-face workshop for women which may help!

Shaping Our Futures Together (SOFT) is designed for all rural women who want to: Have some time out; Set personal and business goals to move forward; Grow a network of women; Boost self-confidence; Manage relationship and communication challenges; and Learn new skills in a fun, relaxed, supportive environment.

Why not join the hundreds of women who have benefited from SOFT by attending the Gloucester workshop?

Over the two days you’ll get to have fun and do lots of different activities including some lovely relaxation sessions.  You will learn lots of strategies to fill your toolbox for when you need it, e.g. how to say no, coping with difficult times, tools for developing a healthy self-esteem, understanding needs and behaviour, some great communication strategies, managing relationships and so much more.

The Rural Resilience Program is funding  the course with priority given to primary producers. You just need to pay your own your travel and accommodation (if required).  Lunches, morning and afternoon tea will be provided.
