Domini Stuart’s approach to life has grown out of challenge – from the eating disorders and chronic depression of her twenties to breast cancer and the death of a child. Drawing on her own experiences, she talks with warmth and honesty about the simple choices and small steps that can help build the physical and emotional resilience we need to cope with tough times.
