Traditional Bread Baking – Sunday 11 September 2016
Simon Brownbridge from Fosterton Farm is coming back. This class fills up quickly so you’ll need to book fast. The cost is $120 and you get to take home a trio of loaves you’ve made and some starter culture to keep you making delicious sourdough into the future.

Provide First Aid – 10 September 2016
Learn all aspects of routine first aid, to a certificate standard. The course covers CPR for adults and infants, fractures, sprains, burns, control of bleeding, responding to heart attack, asthma, snakebites and exposure, and much more. All led by experienced district local Sonja Medcalf (Registered Training Organisation Parasol Ltd).
