Stroud Writers writing competition

Stroud Writers is a group of local creative writers who support one another in their writing ventures, be they short stories, poems, anecdotes, memoirs or novels. They have published several books of writings in recent years. Stroud Writers are working with the teachers of our local schools, Stroud Public School, Booral Public School and Stroud Road Public School to encourage writing in our primary age children through a Children’s Writing Competition.

As part of the collaboration with the local schools, Stroud Writers have included a special Secondary School competition. This component is open to secondary students who live in Stroud or the surrounding districts.
