Swim and Survive – Now enrolling

2015 / 2016 learn to swim program

Stroud Pool – 11th January to 21st January 2016

Lessons cater for children aged 18 months to 12 years and provide everything from water awareness through to developing strokes and endurance.

There are classes for beginners’ right through to swimmers wanting to improve their technique. People with special needs can also participate in Swim and Survive where specialist instructors are available.

All instructors are qualified and hold AUSTSWIM-accreditation (or equivalent) and a current Working With Children Check.

Sport and Recreation’s Swim and Survive program is a fun and affordable water safety program that:

  • caters for infants, preschool and school age children
  • offers intensive learn to swim lessons over eight or nine days
  • teaches a valuable life skill
  • employs nationally qualified instructors
  • is conducted in more than 100 locations across regional NSW.
