Bush Food Weekend

This course is for anyone who has an interest in learning about our native plants, cooking, and tasting new flavors!
Learn how to identify native edible and medicinal plants.
Learn how to collect and prepare several local plants
Learn how to cook new recipes by integrating indigenous foods into your “normal” cooking.

WHERE | Ferndale Camp Ground (Near Dungog)
WHEN | Sat 19 and Sun 20
TIME | 9am to 2pm

Wildcraft Kids Day Camp

Each day is filled with fun, games, walks, bush skills and hands-on outdoor activities. Parents/Guardians may join in as they wish. Besides being an enjoyable day out, our programs give children an opportunity to connect to their environment and build self-reliance, confidence, teamwork skills, physical abilities and learn some new and interesting skills. Safety is our focus and we aim to provide all those who attend with a worthwhile experience.
