Two roads in Stroud will be amongst 13 in the Upper Hunter benefiting from a pool of $2.7 million in state funding for improving safety on our roads. Bucketts Way and Stroud Hill road 900m south of Stroud will have the shoulders widened and areas along the road side cleared up in a upgrade worth $456,000. Stroud Hill road and Majors Creek Road at Stroud Hill will have the shoulders widened and improved curves and safety signs installed, in an upgrade worth $25,000.
