The Dungog Duathlon – Sunday 24 May

Story courtesy of the Dungog Chronicle; It has been touted as the toughest duathlon in Australia and it will be held in our own back yard in May. The Dungog Duathlon will be hosted by Dungog Rotary and the Triathlon Club of Dungog. Ben Hamilton from the organising committee said the Dungog Duathlon is very tough. “It is also one of the most picturesque, being set around the Dungog Common” he said. “There is a race for you regardless of your current fitness level so get training now. We aim to host a great family friendly event, so please take a look at the programme for 2015. “All profits are returned to the local community with a focus for 2015 being local charitable organisations.”
