The ‘Click to Save’ campaign is focused on educating drivers about basic road accident first aid. If you find yourself first at the scene of a road accident this short course could give you enough information to potentially save a life. It takes only four minutes for an unconscious road victim with no serious injury to die from a blocked airway. It can take ten minutes or more for an ambulance to arrive at the scene of an accident.
Research shows that up to 15% of road accident deaths can be prevented by administering basic first aid to the casualty at the scene of an accident before the arrival of emergency services. That equates to twenty-eight preventable deaths each year.
The Click to Save online first aid course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete – Start the course
