To celebrate Law Week, Rachael Wallbank, Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer, will visit the Stroud Library to talk about the importance of having an enduring power of attorney and guardianship appointment. Rachael will also talk about the practical aspects of obtaining a grant of probate and an Estate.

You will learn how to challenge a will and how to make a will that’s hard to challenge. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers. Anonymous questions can also be submitted on arrival and will be addressed on conclusion of the talk.
This talk is free of charge and a light afternoon tea will be provided. For catering purposes, bookings would be appreciated and can be made by phoning the Stroud Library on 4994 5204.

Great Lakes Council issued the media release announcing the ‘Law Workshop’ at Stroud library, I expect they are funding the workshop. I will make enquiries to day to confirm.
